Haiku humor gets the point across with no wasted motion.
There can't be. To write haiku humor, the poet has just seventeen syllables in which to incorporate image, emotion, and amusement.
Perhaps it's only my Caucasian perception, but I see haiku as being the bonsai tree of poetry: Compact, precise, and packing the power to impact one's emotions beyond all proportion to its diminutive size.
And...I like that. I also like Carolyn Tragget's work, which we accepted for publication the moment we read it.
